Swaziland

Swaziland was visited in the year 1979 at the same time we brought a visit to South Africa for the first time.
After having been 3 days in the Kruger National Park, we exited the park on its Southern border and entered the northern part of Swaziland, in the area of Piggs Peak. We stayed in the capital Mbabane, made various trips and travelled through the country in a southern direction crossing the border at Lavumisa, arriving in Hluhluwe National Park in South Africa again.
The system of photography at the time was slides, of which there are many, but I will have to find a way to transfer them to digital pictures. After that I can place them on this site.
Sorry to disappoint you for now.

The Kingdom of Swaziland is a country located in Southern Africa. It is relatively small in area. Swaziland is a landlocked country, bordered by South Africa on three sides except to the east, where it borders Mozambique. The country, inhabited primarily by Bantu-speaking Swazi people, is named after the 19th century king Mswati II, from whom the people also take their name
