| Andrew has been working as the Executive Director of Rutgers Hillel since July 2001. His responsibilities include the overall supervision of staff, programs and services, facilities, budgets, fundraising, working with the Board of Directors, International Center and Federations. Andrew lives in Highland Park with his wife, Jean, and their four children, Sandy, Alec, Benji, and Lindsay. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Esther has also been at Hillel for one year. Her responsibilities as Assistant Director include assisting Andrew with his duties, supervising the JCSC (that's you!!) and the Ross Fellows, liason to HLC (Hillel Leadership Council), recruiting student leaders, programming, liason to Conservative Community, supervision of two Shabbatot per month, Rabbinic counseling, birthright follow-up, and liason to Campus Ministries. | Starting this summer, there will be a new Educational Director. His responsibilities will include being the Rabbinic advisor to Orthodox and other students, Kashrut supervision of the kitchen, Kosher co-op and Shabbat dinners, supervision of mashgichim (kashrut supervisors), overseeing the JLC (Jewish Learning Center), liason to Netzoch Dovid Beis Medrash program, liason to Chabad, supervision of two Shabbatot per month, educational programming and working with the HLC. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Millie has worked at Hillel for three years now. Her responsibilities include office administration, secretarial and clerical support, room reservations and building administration. Millie pretty much knows everything about how this place works! | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
