Publicity On Campus
There are many different places around campus to publicize events.  It is also important to remember that there are 5 campuses and publicity (unless targeted towards a particular campus) should be spread across them all.  Here are a list of places around campus to pulicize your events.

Flyering around campus:  Flyers can be posted all over the place, including, bus stops and the bulletin boards on the pillars of Brower Commons.  It is best to post in these places early in the day because they are often taken down in the late afternoon.

Student Centers:  Flyers can be posted in student centers but must be approved at the front desk.  Usually each student center allows two flyers to be hung for any particular event.  The student centers will enlarge a flyer to poster size for $5.  Additionally, they will post it on an easel in the main foyer of the student center the day of the event, if the event is to be held in the student center.

P.O. Boxes:  Unlimited flyers can be posted in the mail centers and usually do not get taken down too quickly.

Residence Halls:   Res Life will post flyers in the dorms, but the flyers must be received two weeks in advance and approved.  They will be handed out to each RA and posted on their floors.  Photocopying must be done once the flyer is approved.  Each campus requires a different number of flyers:
