Weekly Hillel E-mail: Each week the secretarial vice president sends out an e-mail to the entire Hillel listserv of all of the upcoming programs and events. To have something included, e-mail [email protected].
Shabbat Hillel Happenings: Each week the Hillel Happenings are placed on the tables of Shabbat dinner at Brower. It includes all of the upcoming events for the next week. It is a great place to advertise your programs, but especially for birthright and other activites that aren't targed to any specific group.
Announcements at Shabbat Dinner: Let the staff member who is going to be attending the Shabbat dinner know about your event so that they can announce it after dinner.
Hillel Calendar: Post the flyer for your event on the large calendar that is located in the main foyer. Also, there is a printed monthly calendar by the HLC. In the middle of each month, all of the events for the next month are compiled into the calendar. These calendars are printed and then delivered to everyone's mailbox. It is a great way to advertise to a more general public.
