Step by Step Process
2. Assign a student in charge of publicity; flyers, classified ads, Panhel/IFC meetings, etc.
3. Place an order with Dunkin Donuts or the Pizza place way in advance because there will be a big rush right before or right after Passover.
4. A few days before the event, organize sodas, cups, napkins, plates, etc. to be brought over to AEPi the night of the program
5. The day of the event, pick up the order of food and bring to the house about a half hour in advance. Ask the students who helped to plan to come early, too and decorate the room a little.
6. Set everything up for when the students arrive and then enjoy the food and good company.
