Acceptance Letter
There will be three MANDATORY orientation/information sessions on November 12, November 26 and December 10 all from 9-10:30PM, College Avenue Campus place to be announced. It is essential that you make it to these meetings. If you cannot attend, please let me know in advance so that I can arrange a make-up session with you. If you miss the meeting and don�t come meet with a Hillel staff member then you will be disqualified from the trip.
Your signed release form, $250 deposit check made out to Rutgers Hillel and passport information are due to Hillel by October 29th. The release form can be found at http://israel.hillel.org/release_form_winter_2002.pdf. Please print it out, sign it and bring it in. A copy of the picture page of your passport is needed by November 30th. If you do not have a passport, please get one as soon as possible because it takes at least six weeks to process the applications. Go online and finish your application if you haven�t done so already, including travel information, emergency contact information, medical history and insurance information.

Additionally, we will be sending out regular e-mails to parents to keep them updated on the status and safety of the trip. If you would like your parents added to the list, please send me their e-mail address.
Lastly, if anyone is interested in learning to read Hebrew before the trip, Read Hebrew America is offered Wednesdays at 7pm beginning November 7th at Anshe Emeth Memorial Temple in New Brunswick. I will be attending these classes and would love for any of you to join me. Let me know if you are interested!
