| The property is surrounded by rolling hills and the back side is on top of a hill. In one front corner there is a low lying area that I would love to develope a pond in someday. A creek runs across the land separating the tract approx 80/20 with the hill and build site being in the 80% portion. Pictured below is the build site located on the top of the hill. It is a little shabby b/c of the crude bulldozing technique used to clear the opening but nothing a little TLC can't cure. |
