The Traxxas slipper clutch is not realy ajustable. and if you try to run it loose it will spin so fast that it will melt your spur gear.
And also the traxxas friction pegs are a big hassel trying to get in those holes, they also wear out and need replacign regularly.
To avoid all of the above problems you will need to buy 12 small metal Ball Bearings to the size of 1/8inch and put them in the holes instead of the wax-like friction pegs.
this will prevent you plastic spur from melting and this will alow you to run you slipper loos without fear of destroying your spur. |
