TRAINING & RIDING INSTRUCTION
Jenna grew up in SE WI in a very animal oriented house.  She began working out at a local Dressage farm at the age of 12.  There she finessed the art of the human-horse bond.  She was trained in classical Dressage from the start. With her foundation skills taught through Dressage, she took her art and made it shine.  She bought a Anglo Arabian Gelding of her own at 12, and competed in Dressage, Jumping, English Pleasure, Gymkhana, Trail, and a few barrels here and there for kicks!  She continued her education in Dressage, and applied it to each dicipline she learned.  "A excellent rider rides with 90% seat, 8% legs, and 2% hands" can be heard quite often here, and the fundimentals are true to any riding form.  She now competes in everything from Dressage, to Rodeo, with the same horses in each event.  She beleives a "well rounded" horse is a good horse.  If a horse that can win top level competition cannot walk through the barnyard and not spook, or make it safely down a trail, realy what fun is that?  Each horse here is literally "bomb proof" and since most are arabians, that says something.
ENGLISH, WESTERN, DRESSAGE, GYMKHANA, JUMPING, BREAKING, & TRAINING
Rustic Road Ranch offers single lessons, group or private, and 6-12 week courses offered in group or private settings.  Adults lessons are available in English, Western, Dressage, Gymkhana, Breaking and Training.  For Intermediate and above levels, please call for more information.  All courses include riding, and in the courses listed below, the topics listed as well.  1 hour riding time each lesson, plus grooming, tack up, cool down, and learning sessions before or after your 1 hour riding.
Lessons here at the ranch are great fun, and very educational. Trainer Jenna M Reavis covers more than just riding a horse. There is much to learn about the different aspects of riding, including feeding, grooming, daily needs, etc. and she will take the time to help your learn along the way.  Lessons are giving in a quiet, fun, warm and importantly freindly atmosphere, where learning is fun, not work! No one is "looked down upon" or singled out.
