MSEIP/STEM PROGRAM

Rust College has been selected to host for the United States Department of Education STEM program (USDE-STEM), a four week residential summer college preparatory program for thirty rising high school juniors and seniors( from Marshall, Tate and Benton counties). Rust College's Division of Science and Mathematics invites applications for this program. The successful candidates will be expected to take part in every day class lecture, laboratory experiments, cultural activities, and seminar research presentations.

Other than a stipend of $800.00, room and boarding facilities will be provided for the duration of the program. The goal of the department of Science and mathematics is to prepare students proffesional work experiences that will enable them to acquire qualifications for entrance to graduate school. Rust is a highly selective college with motivated faculty and students and is commited to both quality instruction and significant scholarship. our loaction in the city of Holly springs allows for convinient interaction with surroung counties.
