| Spoken For brings humanitarian aid, drama, dance, games, and training to orphans and youth workers around the world. This year we will be working with 10 African Christians to bring a fun and creative African theme to each orphan camp. We will make African mud houses, play African drums and games, and much more. After we leave this summer, the children and youth in the orphanages will be visited each week by a team in Penza, Russia. The team is made up of dedicated Russians who are sponsored by Spoken For, a non-profit organization. College-aged orphans are sent out of the orphanage at the age of 17 with nothing but their papers and the clothes on their back. Through Spoken For many orphanage graduates are receiving guidance and assistance to make it on their own in a fast-paced society. |
