It's been a long time since I've worked on the page.  Lots and lots of news going on here. . .Not enough time (or space on this link) to write all about it, so drop me a line.  I love getting fan mail!  I'm having such a good semester this year.  I've started all of my classes off right with good grades coming in on most all of my first tests.  As you have probably noticed if you visit often, I've been having a lot of technical problems with my page regarding transfer rates.  Seems I get too many hits and my files are to large.  So I'm in the process of redesigning my entire page.  It's gonna take a while so be patient.

Well the smester is almost over.  I've made such good friends this semester too.  Carrie and Allison are my new Tech Gals.  You can see a couple of shots (not very good ones) on my new link.  I have a new boyfriend as well; Michael, who is from Fredericksburg.  Any guy who calls me princess has got to be special.  Everyone is busy getting the house decorated for Christmas.  Thanks to Adam's parents we have a tree. . .or table piece. . .hehe. . .the point is that we have something to put our presents under.

It's the first update of the new year. . . .I hope everyone is doing well.  Christmas at home was wonderful, but I'm missin' the 'Burg already.  Warren County is not exactly exploding with fun.  Michael and I have just celebrated our three month anniversary and made a trip to Baltimore. . . . . . .There will be lots more action on the page now that I have a digital camera, so keep visiting.

I am officially 21!!!!!  Whooooo!!!
Long time. . . .no update.  I was so busy this spring semester, makin the best grades ever!!  My
facilities planning group made the university cut and our distribution center design is on it's way to CICMHE nationals and hopefully there is going to be some prize money involved.  Fingers crossed!!
I'm stayin in Blacksburg this summer.  I've officially left home. . . .scarey.  Michael will be back in town at the end of June to keep me company when he starts work for Norfolk Southern in Roanoke.  I'll be busy once work starts up since I'm the manager for the Frog Pond, a crazy public pool/miniature water park.  This place rocks, has bands on the weekends sometimes, plus water slides and brontosauruses to climb on.  Come visit me at work!!
I'm also going to be busy getting ready to move again.  On July 20th Carrie, Allison and I will be roommates!!!!  Hooray!!  We are gonna have massive amounts of fun playin at our townhouse in Terrace View.  Anyone and everyone is welcome (and encouraged) to come help me move ;oP

A lot has happened since my last update!!
First of all my facilities design team won 1st place at nationals!!  Rachel Kevin and I couldn't beleive it.  I've moved into my new townhouse with Carrie and Allison.  We are having so much fun being roommates I don't want to graduate.  The job hunt is officially on though.  It's so scarey thinking about the real world, but I guess we all grow up sooner or later.

Michael and I have been together for almost one year exactly now.  He currently works for Norfolk Southern and will be graduating a year behind me.  It makes it kind of interesting since I'm the one who has to make the first big career move.  So far I have a couple of interviews lined up for jobs but none in here.

This winter I'll be going to France with my senior design team to work with students in Nantes at a French engineering school.  I'm so excited.  I am currently working on an assembly line design for Volvo Trucks.  Just this Friday my team and I made our first trip out to the facility.  It was crazy.  We got to wear these suits and hats that made us look like we were part of the space program.

I'm trying to get back into keeping up with my page.  I lived two months without anything but electricity so I've gotten out of the habit.  Look for more info and pics to come!!
