15. Housing - Ghetto

Housing in a Ghetto tends to be of a poor standard.
Many houses are damp with no central heating or air conditioning.

Streets are not cleaned and rubbish is not regularly collected because the City Government cannot afford it.
Play parks are vandalised so kids play in street.
Rent is cheap so only the poorest of society have to live there

Security cameras in corridors and stairs.
Emergency security buttons connected to doormen and police.
