Congressman Bill Pascrell, Jr., Democratic Representative of New Jersey's 8th Congressional District, recorded a series at the facilities of William Paterson University. Fully produced by the Congressmans Staff, the crew of the show was staffed by IRT, or Instruction and Reasearch Technology, a depsrtment of the college. As a staff member, Rusty had an opportunity to develop the look of the show, being a part of shot blocking, set design, and show formating from creating a rundown to a graphics package. 28 and a half minutes.
