Raisin is a willing, and energetic girl who does everything I ask of her. Raisin was exceptionally happy to become a broke field trial dog, and she placed in her first AKC broke dog Field Trial Stake at just under two years of age.

Raisin began 2006 by getting the remaining 13 points she needed to finish her AKC Show Championship. She was shown by Heidi Gervais and finished very quickly allowing Raisin to get back to the field where she is so happy. She went to her first field trial of the 2006 season in show weight and coat and had her first win! This little girl has heart! She is AKC and CKC Amateur and Open field trial pointed, has multiple AKC wins and CKC FT placements. The 2006 Field Trial Season has been a super one for Raisin. She has had two Open Firsts for Majors and One Amateur first along with other placements. She is just Three single points away from finishing her AKC Dual Championship. There have only ever been 19 of them.

She acquired her Canadian Kennel Club Field Dog Excellent in straight attempts and became the CKC's #2 FDX dog ALL BREEDS for 2003 in the process (only four points off of first place.)

Raisin is the CKC's only FDX Irish Setter.

She earned her first Master Hunter Leg the day after finishing SH, and completed her Master Hunter readily.

Raisin completed her CKC CD title in 2005.

In 2005 she had her first litter of puppies by Am FC AFC Runnymeade Mythodical Pilot. They are looking very promising with one finishing her CKC Show Championship and another with six CKC show points (before age nine months.) Both of those two have now moved to Norway where they are doing really well in their field training and will attend their first show soon. A third is CKC show pointed and has an AKC Puppy Stake WIN. A fourth is AKC pointed at just over one year of age! A Fifth has and her AKC puppy points from a recent win, as well as numerous AKC puppy stake placements!

Raisin went Best in Specialty Show at the 2004 Irish Setter Club of British Columbia under Jan Krohn. Best Opposite Sex was her housemate BISS Can Am Ch Cairncross Russells Talisman.

She ranked #8 in the 2004 AKC Irish Setter adult field trial stake rankings.

She made the final cut in Open at the ISCA National Specialty show in 2004, and placed third in Open at the ISCS Specialty the day after the National. Raisin also won third Place in Novice B at the 2004 ISCA National with a respectable 192.5.

She won the ISCBC's Hannah award in 2003 for Versatility at the Specialty by winning high scoring dog in Obedience (Novice B,) passing FDX, and being entered as a Special.
