| Well this may not appear very dramatic but I wanted to save the sky while reducing the saturation and increasing the brightness. I used the marquee tool to select out the sky, then made the several enhancements mentioned above in layers . And using the eraser tool erased the crowd and the baloon. | ||||||||||||||
