Entry

1. Deadline to join the league is February 12th, 2003.

2. Deadline to turn in your driver roster is February 12th, 2003.

Fees

1. Entry fees will be $5.00 per race or $180.00 for the season.

2. All weekly fees must be paid by Thursday 10:00PM before each race.

3. Late entry fees will result in the loss of qualifying points for that race. This will be enforced!

Teams

1. All league members will be required to choose one driver from each group. There will be 6 drivers groups.

2. Only drivers from each group can be used, unless it is in group 6 and you know an unlisted driver is running.

Scoring

1. Official Nascar Winston Cup scoring will be used for race points.
2. Qualifying points will be as follows: 43pts. for the pole, and will decrease 1 point for every subsequent position.
3. Scoring will be based where the car ( not the driver ) finishes the race.

Driver Changes

1. Beginning with the 2nd race all team owners will be able to make changes.
2. Teams can make unlimted number of changes at the cost of $1.00 per change.
3. No team owner can call in their changes, however another team owner can make a change for another team member providing change fees are collected at the time the change is made.
4. Deadline for driver changes are the same as the entry per race ( See Entry Rules ).

Awards and Donations

1. End of season awards and charitable contributions to the community will be based on the number of entrants and is to be posted no later than 4 races left in the season.

No Bull 5

1. The leagues No Bull 5 races this year will be:

March 30th - Texas Motor Speedway - Samsung Radio Shack 500
May 25th - Lowes Motor Speedway - Coca Cola 600
July 14th - Chicagoland Speedway - Tropicana 400
August 23rd- Bristol Motor Speeday - Sharpie 500
September 28th - Talladega SuperSpeedway - EA Sports 500

2. All money received through driver changes will be awarded evenly to those entrants who score the highest point total each No Bull 5 race and will paid at the end of the season.

Miscellaneous

1. In case of a tie for position the money will be divided evenly between the team owners who tied.
2. This league was started to donate to local charitable causes and therefore NO REFUNDS will be given if a team owner drops out of the league.
3. Only league rules can be challenged, anything unwritten is just that UNWRITTEN.
4. Driver group re-alignment will occur after the June 22nd race. New driver groups will be posted, the race after driver re-alignment takes place all changes will be free for that race.
