Senior Week Ticket Policy: |

Only Rutgers College Students (12) and their affiliates who graduate in:
October 2003 OR January 2004
OR will graduate May 2004, October 2004, OR January 2005
are eligible to participate in Senior Week 2004 activities.
Rutgers College affiliates are:
~ Mason Gross School of the Arts (07)
~ Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy (10)
~ College of Nursing (25)
~ School of Communication, Information, and Library Sciences (04)
~ School of Business (33) - Must have been a Rutgers College Student Prior to entering School of Business
~ College of Engineering (14)
~ College of Pharmacy (30) and College of Pharmacy students graduating in May 2005-May 2006 |

Tickets go on sale Tuesday, May 4th, at 9:00 AM Student Activities Center

Students must be Rutgers College or affiliate students
All students must have valid Rutgers University ID when purchasing tickets. You must be present at the time of ticket purchase, no one will be allowed to purchase tickets for other people, even with that individual's ID. |

Tickets will be served on a first come first serve basis. No refunds or exchanges will be granted for any reason.
Students purchasing tickets will be asked to sign a waiver prior to paying and receiving their tickets. Only one ticket per event will be allowed per person. |

|
VISA, MASTERCARD, and KNIGHT EXPRESS will be accepted.
NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED. |

Officers, agents, and employees of Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey and their Senior Week Planning Team are not responsible for bodily injury or property damage arising out of participation in Senior Week 2004 activities. |

|
Note: Responsible alcohol cunsumption is encouraged by the Senior Week 2004 Planning Team. Designate a driver. DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE.
Please note that if you are planning on going to the Bar A trip, you MUST take the bus to Bar A and back to Rutgers. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS!!!! |

Gratuity for the events is not included. Round-trip Transportation is only provided to and from events where specified. Failure to board the buses at the given location and time will result in ticket holders forfeiting their right to transportation to/from the specified event. All buses will leave from the Rutgers Student Center. Please be sure to bring two forms of ID (RU ID plus one other form of photo ID) to all events. |
