You will need:
ZIP file with selections and patterns.

House
Create new image 470 x 640, Transparent. Add new layer. Selections - Load from Disk and open light.sel. Flood fill with gradient fill, angle = 62 ("Red-Yellow-Red" gradient in PSP7/Gradient folder)
Add new layer. Load trees.sel. Flood fill with bark pattern. Effects - Texture - Straw-wall:
Add new layer. Load owl.sel. Flood fill with black.
Add new layer. Load house1.sel. Flood fill with house pattern. Selection - Invert. Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow:
Add new layer. Load house2.sel. Flood fill with house pattern. Selection -Invert and apply same shadow.
Add new layer. Load roof.sel. Flood fill with roof pattern. Merge Visible layers, name the layer as "house". SAVE.
Bat
Add new layer. Load ears.sel. Flood fill with #F5E5AF. Selection - Modify - Contract by 3. Flood fill with #F5C931.
Add new layer. Load wings.sel. Flood fill with #F5C931. Selection - Invert. Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow: Offsets = 0, Opacity = 80, Blur = 12, black.
Add new layer. Load muzzle.sel. Flood fill with #F5C931. Selection - Invert. Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow (change Blur for 7).
Add new layer. Load nose.sel. Flood fill with #BD6B4B. Effects - 3D Effects - Inner Bevel:
Choose Paint Brush (round, size=3, color #BD6B4B, rest options = 100) and draw two eyes. Change size for 1 and draw mouse like this:
Change color for #624F34 and draw some lines on the wings. Blur - Gaussian Blur = 1 Turn off HOUSE layer and Merge visible layers. Ghost
Add new layer. Load ghost1.sel. Flood fill with white. Selection - Invert. Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow: Offsets = 0, Opacity = 80, Blur = 7, black.
Add new layer. Load ghost2.sel. Flood fill with black. Add new layer. Load ghost3.sel. Flood fill with white. Selection - Invert. Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow: Offsets = 0, Opacity = 80, Blur = 7, black.
Merge visible layers and decorate you house. Happy Halloween!
