This tutorial was written in PSP 7. It assumes you have working knowledge of layers and use of selections. Please do not link to or remove images and or tutorial in any way and claim it as your own. Feel free to use a text link to this tutorial for learning purposes only!

You will need: My selections - get it HERE (I included Hotdog tube - to create it I used HotDogs Tutorial by Karen. Thank you, Karen!) Paint Engine Plugin - get it HERE Jama 3D Filter - get it HERE Fabric Sample (right click and save)
Colors Chart

Create new image 450 x 650, transparent, 16 mln.colors. Selections/Load from disk - Load face selection. Flood will with Color 1. Effects/Fantastic Machines/Paint Engine with settings
Add new layer. Load cookcap selection. Flood fill with white. Selections/Invert/Drop shadow (both Offsets = -2, Opacity = 75, Blur = 18). Deselect. Selections - Load cookcapdark selection - Colors/Adjust/Brightness = - 50.
Add new layer. Load eyes selection. Flood fill with white. Selections/Drop shadow (Vertical Offset = -2, Horizontal Offset = 0, Opacity = 50, Blur = 1) Selections/Modify/Contract by 1. Flood fill with Color 2 (blue). Selections/Modify/Contract by 2. Flood fill with black. Choose Paint Brush (Size = 3, Opacity = 50, Density = 25, white color) and draw two pupils. Change the brush size for 8, Color 1 (grey), draw two eyebrows and add some shadow near ears like this:
Add new layer. Load nose selection. Flood fill with black
Add new layer. Load whiskers selection. Flood fill with white. Effects/Fantastic Machines/Paint Engine with settings as above. Load whiskers_shadow selection - Colors/Adjust/Brightness = - 50.
Add new layer. Load mouth selection. Flood fill with Color 3 (red). Effects/Blur/Soften.
Add new layer. Choose Draw tool (Size = 1, black color) and draw some whiskers. Effects/Blur/Soften. Merge Visible Layers and SAVE.
Add new layer UNDER the merged layer. Selections/Load from disk - Load righthand selection. Flood will with Color 1. Effects/Fantastic Machines/Paint Engine, same settings
Add new layer. Load shirt selection. Flood fill with Color 4 (dark red). Selections/Modify/Contract by 1. Flood fill with fabric sample (angle = 45) or your choice. Selections/Invert. Effects/Drop shadow (Both Offsets = 0, Opacity = 80, Blur = 37, color 5). SAVE.
Add new layer. Load apron selection. Flood fill with Color 4 (dark red). Selections/Invert. Effects/ Drop shadow (Both Offsets = 0, Opacity = 80, Blur = 37, color 6). Load apron_shade selection. Colors/Adjust/Brightness = -30. SAVE.
Add new layer. Load lefthand selection. Flood fill with Color 4 (dark red). Selections/ Modify/ Contract by 1. Flood fill with fabric sample (angle = 45) or your choice. Selections/Invert. Effects/ Drop shadow (Both Offsets = 0, Opacity = 80, Blur = 27, color 5). SAVE.
Add new layer. Choose Picture Tube and find Hotdog tube (scale = 50%). Move it to place. Your image will look like this:
Add new layer. Load tail selection. Flood fill with Color 1. Effects/Fantastic Machines/Paint Engine with settings as above. Selections/Float. Effects/3D effects/Cutout (Both Offsets = 0, Opacity = 45, Blur = 35, black color ). SAVE.
Add new layer. Load cart selection. Flood fill with Color 5 (purple). Load cart_shade selection. Colors/Adjust/Brightness = -50. SAVE.
Add new layer. Load wheel selection. Flood fill with black. Selections/Modify by 35. Flood fill with grey (Color 1). Choose Paint Brush, color white, settings
Draw two lines on the wheel like this:
Effects/Blur/Gaussian Blur = 8. SAVE. Add new layer and write "Hot-Dog" on the cart.
Make Hotdog Layer active. Add new layer. Load bars selection. Flood fill with Color 7 (light blue). Effects/3D effects/Inner Bevel:
Add new layer. Load canopy selection. Flood fill with Color 7 (light blue). Effects/Redfield/Jama 3D:
Merge visible layers and save. That`s all! Hope you will enjoy it!
