You will need:

 

Super Blade Pro - get it HERE

Eye Candy - get it HERE.

TOR preset shape (unzip in PSP/Shapes folder)

ZIP with selections

Note: FC = Foreground Color

BC = Background color

CV = "Create as Vector" checked

CVU = "Create as Vector" unchecked 

 

 

Create new image 50 x 30, transparent. Name it "candle_pattern".

Choose Preset Shape tool and find "tor" shape. FC&BC - #207055, CVU. 

Draw shape from 0,0 to 50,30 (you can enlarge the image by 3-4).

 

Add new layer. Choose Draw tool, FC - white, width = 1.

Draw thin vertical line. Effects - Blur - Gaussian Blur = 3.

 

 

 

 

Add new layer. 

Choose Draw tool, FC - white, width = 4.

Draw the line from 0,0 to 50 x 30.

Choose Magic Wand and click on the white line to select it.

Effects -Super Blade Pro. Click on the button with CD image and find gold basic.q5q preset. 

Go to Layer 1. Selections - All - Float. Selections - Invert.

Go to Layer 3 and hit DEL once. Deselect. 

 

*Don`t merge layers, because you will be able to use this pattern for future colorozing 

(Go to Layer 1 - Colors - Colorize and play with settings). 

 

 

Create new image 100 x 330. Click on Selection tool twice and choose the following settings:

 

 

 

 

In Styles panel choose your "candle_pattern" (it will be at the top of all patterns) and Flood fill the selection.

Now your image will look like this:

 

 

 

 

Add new layer. 

Choose Preset Shape tool, ellipse, FC - #1F5F48, BC - #207055, CVU. 

Draw the narrow ellipse in the top part of the candle:

Selections - All - Float

Selections - Modify - Contract by 2.

Selections - Feather by 2. 

Flood fill with #F9C307.

 

 

 

 

Merge Visible layers. Choose Deformation tool, press Ctrl key and slightly "press" the top part of the candle.

 

 

 

 

Add new layer. 

Choose Picture Tube tool - Rope (scale = 20, step = 15) and draw the wick. 

Add one more new layer. 

Choose Picture Tube tool - Fire and draw fire. 

If you would like to make animated candles, then skip the last operation. We will do it later.

 

For more reality choose Paint Brush tool (FC = #20705) and draw some lines like melted drops. 

Then Effects - Inner Bevel and play with settings. I used "metallic" preset.

 

 

 

Tube your "candle" image.

 

Now to Candlestick...
