Wistanstow classic bike show - 28th March 2004

Plenty of new and old bikes in the car park...

...and old chaps, a lot of them riding and all swapping stories.

One of many shiny rides, with even shinier stuff inside. All credit to Ron Maund and co., they had some real beauties on show.

Only managed a blurred pic of exhibition.

The price tag said 2,200. Yikes! It's apparently an Ariel Square 4.

This thing was so small it almost looked like a child's bike at first glance.

In fact it's a tiny and lovely Aermacchi.

This guy must be some character. On his back was a big logo patch: "Indian. World's finest motorcycles".

Bike and bits aplenty.

Do you take chrome in you tea, Vicar?

Please forgive the quality. These are straight out a little Fuji camera I borrowed from work - no cropping or other adjustments. And yes, if I had any pride I'd tidy them up. But I can't be bothered, they are record shots, not competition entries. Anyway, you try doing anything properly with a lively 2 year old on your back!

Many more motorbikes, and significantly better quality photos : www.v-four.freeserve.co.uk
