Horizont Angle of View - cross-format comparisons

Fed up with the mental calculations of guess the equivalent AoV of your 35mm lens in other formats?

I have produced a table of comparable focal lengths for each lens. This table uses horizontal AoV, as I feel this better represents how many photographers think of the view from each lens. Angles for Hasselblad XPan panoramic format camera are almost identical to 6x7cm format, while 6x6cm measurements also apply to 645.
