| Another Indian game to play This game played to sharpen visual skills. Played indoors or out, a group of braves are sent away while the chief hides a stone or any other small object. It must be hidden in plain sight, but where it will not be easily found. The braves are allowed to return. Each brave looks for the object till they find it. They say nothing and sit down around the fire circle trying not to let the others know where the object is. The last one to sit is out of the game and a new game starts without him. The chief may ask a brave to point out the object to be sure no one is cheating. |

| Have you ever been to a sauna? A small tepee or shelter was used as a sweat lodge. A fire was built and hot stones placed inside of it. Then water was poured over the stones. It made steam that cleansed the Indian's spirit. They stayed in it for sometimes days chanting to themselves. |
