     Nestled quietly in the hills of East Tennessee, just off of Interstate I-81, is where you can find   Runnin' W Stables.  This friendly facility includes: 30 - 10' X 12" stalls, two inside wash matted bays with hot and cold water and separate grooming areas, tack room, a 40-foot round pen, arena with equipment for jumping, dressage and barrel racing, and a turn out field.  Both the round pen and the arena have lighting available for nighttime riding.  There is also a picnic table and ample seating for comradery before or after your ride.  Our cozy lounge includes a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker and there are full restroom facilities (including a shower).  Indoor riding is also available.

     Other pertinent information includes:

• Long-term, short-term and overnight boarding are all offered.  We also provide lay-up care for the horse who needs specialized care or for the retired horse who needs pampering.  Short stay and lay-up care is priced on a per horse basis dependent upon the needs required.

• All fencing is electric tape and wood (there is no barbed wire)

• We use an organic fly control system

• Trailer parking is free

• The arena dimensions are 140' X 190'

• We work with several local veterinarians to assure that your horse will receive the best possible care in case of an emergency or routine vaccinations/health checks.

• Regular farrier service to our property is provided by Mr. Chuck Ingram or you may feel free to use your own farrier.

• Trailering of your horse can be provided, if needed.  Price is dependent on mileage and time required.
