Notes about the run: This run can be done without refreshments because there are    
  water fountains at the water stops listed above, but gateraide    
  instead of fountain water is nice.    
  This run can also be used as a base for other runs by adding    
  miles to the end. If you need a 12 mile run, just run an out and    
  back 2 mile run on the bike path towards Philly. More miles?    
  Just add miles on the bike path. There is a fountain just before    
  the 2 mile mark on the path so no planned water stop is required.    
  If you want to finish by 9:30 to meet up with Fast Tracks    
  following the run, make sure you start earlier. We usually    
  estimate each mile at 10 minutes to allow for water stops etc.

  Plan to meet at 8:00 in the Betzwood Parking lot. If we start running by 8:10, we can finish by 9:30 at the Betzwood parking lot just in time to meet Fast Track regulars following their Saturday morning run. Water stops at the bathroom just past the Park Arch and near the bathrooms on Rt 23 before the church.
