This quest is very easy. To start talk to the Duke on the second floor of the Lumbridge castle. Ask him for a quest and he will talk for a bit and give you an air talisman. take the air tailisman with you and go to the wizards tower (south of Draynor Village), go to the basement and talk to Sedrinor. give him the air talisman the take the package he gives you to aubrey the runes seller in Varrock (his shop is located behind one of the banks), he will talk and give you an item. Finally get a pic and go back to sedinor in the wizards tower. Sedinor will give you a long speech. You are now done rune mysteries.
