Annoyed with the status of the then current web page, I learned HTML and using high resolution pictures, constructed my new webpage. These high resolution pictures were taken from the game stills of Final Fantasy 7 for the most part. You'd be suprised with what you can do with MSN Paint; as that entire page was made using MSN Paint again.
Although the site recieved a major change, the content did not as I continued to write reviews and work on my RM2K games. However, at this time I began to become annoyed with all of the barriers, of which there are many, for RM2K. I also began to realize that the work required to make the game completely by myself was far to great to be worth doing. At the rate I was learning, old techniques became obsolete by the time old projects were finished using those techniques. Why bother making something, if I could wait a few years to make something much more proffesional. That being said, RM2K was still an important step to get where I was. Inevitably it had to happen and this was were I departed from the RM2K community.
