Fletching & Ranging
Fletching is the skill of making arrows and bows. There are different types of bows and arrows and each requires a ranged level to use and a fletched level to make it. The types of arrows are the same as the types as weapons and armor. There are Bronze, Iron, Steel, Mithril, Adamanite and Rune arrows, each uses a different bow and higher level than the last one just like any other skill.
