WAIVER OF LIABILITY
By signing the Entry Form and participating in the UP AIESEC Rundezvous Fun Run, I agree to abide by the rules in line with this event and certify that I am fully and physically fit and effectively trained to finish the race and accept without complaint the following Waiver of Liability:
I fully comprehend that participation in this event may involve real risk of injury or even fatality from diverse causes such as falls, over exertion, dehydration, contact with other participants, spectators, road users, effect of weather and condition of the road, and other factors that are capable of happening (that may be unforeseeable at the present time) during the event. I voluntarily assume all risk associated with my participation in the event or any activity associated with it.
I, in consideration of being allowed to take part in any way in this event and related activities that go with it, and as a condition of the acceptance of this entry for myself, my personal representatives, administrators, assigns, heirs, and next of kin, hereby waive, release, and forever discharge the event organizers, sponsors, promoters, agent or servants from all claims, action or damages that I may have against them howsoever cause, arising out of or in any way connected with my participation in this event.
I hereby authorize the usage of my name, voice, picture, and any other information I have provided on this entry form for the purpose of promoting future and other events as well as for promoting face sponsors, products, and services.
