| Konnichi wa ( hello in Japanese) and Welcome to my Japan page! I have been studying Japanese and Asian studies for the last two years. This summer I had to opportunity to study abroad in Tokyo, at Sophia University. I took two classes Japanese language and Japanese culture and society. In addition to class, I attended many cultural events, traveled to various cities, and climbed Mt. Fuji. This trip was an extraordinary experience which enhanced my language skills, and enabled me to gain firsthand knowlegde about Japan's values, cultural practices and business strategies. |
