 CBS has hired the services of Rent-a-Crowd to act at the banishment shows. Rent-a-Crowd employee Sue Miller of Venice talks to us exclusively

The house guests at Big Brother only get banished once however a single mom from Venice has had to live through their humiliating experience 4 times. As a part time Rent-a-Crowd employee Sue Miller,28,  has witnessed the departures of Jordan,Karen,Brittany and George. "It's so sad seeing them fight for their composure" ,she says, " while we're smiling and clapping." Sue says she took the part time job to help support her and her 2 children. When she found out she was going to be on the Big Brother show, she was ecstatic." I'm a huge fan of the show and was really pulling for Britt." she went on to say," When I had to work her banishment show I really struggled with my emotions."  She says you can see her smiling with tears(blonde lady second row center) in the shot when Britt enters the control room and the Rent-a-Crowd gathers around behind her in a semi-circle ,cheering and clapping. "It was a like saying goodbye to a friend. I never expected to feel like that when I took the job." She hopes that she can hold it together for Wednesday's final banishment show, and wouldn't say who she's pulling for now. Asked weather she thought BB would be back, she said "I hope so, I love the show and its been a pleasure experiencing parts of it first hand."
