I've recently had my paternal DNA tested, and the results of the 46 marker test are below. A males paternal ancestry can be traced using the DNA on his Y chromosome, Y DNA. The Y chromosome passes from father to son, and can be used to help study surnames, and genetic relations. If you're interested in participating in the Rumore surname study, and how paternal DNA testing works, e-mail me for more info.
