We hope that the book Rumi Maki Fighting Arts will serve as a tool to bring more awareness to the vibrant martial culture of Peru. So that it may be appreciated and safeguarded along with the other rich cultural treasures of Peru.
Sometime in the near future we hope to organize seminars in North America with Juan Ramon Rodriguez Flores and create videos to help introduce Rumi Maki to the world. At some point we would like to arrange trips to Peru to experience Rumi Maki with Juan Ramon on his native soil. You cannot separate Rumi Maki from the Runa (people).
