Demo Battle Contest

Scenario:

This contest uses the "Arena Combat" AddOn Scenario (called "Rocket Arena" in the Demo-Version).
You may only use the components provided with the demo (see below), "handmade" ICE-rovers are not allowed!

Ranking:

Matches will run until one of the rovers leads by 3 kills with a time-limit of 10 minutes(game time), winner being the one achieving more kills. A fixed seed (4711) will be used and each pair of rovers will battle twice (Once from each slot).
Ranking will be done by wins per match(%). Rovers with equal wpm will be ranked by their killing ratios (number of kills achieved/number of kills suffered). Depending on the number of contestants i might invent some extra rules to keep the amount of matches from exploding...

Submitting:

To take part in the contest you'll have to send all three of your rover-files (i.e. the .vmf, .ice AND .wst) - if possible in a .zip-file - to [email protected]. Include your name and (if you like) a short description of your bot's tactic and/or equipment. Please remember to give a unique name to your rover - a name occurring twice will cause severe difficulties!
Only one rover is allowed per player, but you may replace it by a new one anytime you like.
All rovers will be available for download.
