Hi I am Angel. I am 24 years old, I live in Southeastern Kentucky and I am a born again Christian. Let me finish this introduction with my testimony. I got saved two years ago, at a church, after a play while I attended Job Corp. I got saved but I was what you called a backslider. I thought that if I got saved I could do what I wanted and still have forgiveness from the Lord. I was a homosexual, I got into drugs, I drank, I smoked, I swore. I have lived a sinful life. When I got home from a vacation, my mom was sick in the hospital and my stepfather and I had a falling out and I was just pure depressed. A few weeks later, my friend came over and told me he has been attending church, and I was shocked because I figured that would be the last thing I would ever hear from him but I told him I would like to attend church too. I believe it was the second Sunday I rededicated my life back to the Lord and I became a member of the church. I made alot of sacrifices, I quit drugs, drinking, I quit smoking, I quit cursing, although I did slip a few times but I know that I will not backslide this time. This time it's real. So many changes, I am happier, I feel peaceful, I have a thirst to know more and to have a closer relationship with the Lord. He is my savior. He is awesome. If anyone of you are viewing my page and haven't gave their life to the Lord, accept him as your savior, your life will change for the better, he will never leave you or forsake you, he loves you very much and he died for you on the cross to wash all your sins away, give your life to the Lord, pray and repent your sins to Christ and he will forgive you. Read Psalm 51, it's the best prayer, be sincere and mean it with all your heart, it's worth it. God Bless you! |
