He spent so much time in the playroom, that the other kids considered it to be his domain-where he was king. He often teased Jennifer-maybe playfully,- calling her "new girl". Trains are something he loves very much and they apparently had something to do with his birth, but he never talks about it. He drew many things all over the orphanage, like a neverending set of train tracks. It would seem he was murdered with the others in December, but he's not seen when Jennifer relives that memory, and there is nothing to confirm whether he was even still there.
