Aeryn-Pip
(Doctor Who: Eternal Champion)

Aeryn-Pip - This young woman's life was mirrored by one actor named Gigi Edgley  who portrayed her in Farscape, a Scifi Network TV show.  A full bio of her's can be found at:

Or. . . should I say it sort of does that! See, this is not the regular Chiana as seen on TV in so many Farscape episodes (and no, she's not the Chiana who's life is reflected . . . for the most part in most Farscape episodes. This Chiana's life was reflected by Claudia Black playing Chiana in that one episode called Unrealized Realities.

Warning: some TV episode spoilers here next. Read at your own risk.

In one of the "unrealized realities" that Crichton visited, he met a Chiana who looked like Aeryn Sun made up as a Nebari female (and a Nebari female named Chiana at that). In this place, the Moya there had been attacked by a dangerous race called the Sheyangs. As in the TV show, the only survivors were apparently John Crichton and Aeryn-Pip (who's nickname should now be obvious why it is as it is). With no apparent way of escaping alive, Aeryn-Pip was going to go out on her terms by having "fun" with Crichton, just like she felt they should have the first time they'd met.

Only thing is, that instead of returning with JUST a hunk of Aeryn-Pip's hair when "Einstein" yanked John back soon some Entity yanked back (just moments after he'd left) Aeryn-Pip.

She was in a bad way. The toxic smoke had finally reached her deck and now she could barely crawl away in fright from the entity who'd yanked her onto the iceberg in that Nexus place. See, the yanker was none other than Randal Flagg. He'd popped in and spell froze the surprised Einstien and Crichton and now had business with the Nebari (who could tell this freller wasn't a normal cat, but some kind of monster in the form of a man). She managed to get away far enough by crawling to get swept up and plopped down into the next unrealized reality where there was someone like her (another Chiana who'd been caught in a frelled up Crichton wormhole experiment), but in this case this Moya was getting overrun by Peacekeepers. She found herself acting out a part like she was a actor in a play OR perhaps a dreamer in a nightmare. Said and did things, but not things she'd chose to say or do (given her confusion). Seems that Flagg had bespelled the confused Nebari before she'd gone traveling down the wormhole.

Flashing back to the Nexus, she found herself again weak from inhaling that toxic dren. Again trying to crawl away. Again zipping down another wormhole, but this time she was in another nightmare. Same Moya (doomed soon to be overrun by PK forces) but this time John had brought a "friend". Guy named Scorpius.

Yep, you guessed it! It's the scene from Prayer ( http://www.scifi.com/farscape/journeylogs/season4/prayer.html ) where John's gotten totally desperate. Needs to track down the missing Aeryn Sun and.... Well, read the link and see. In the end, like on the TV show he couldn't do it (but Scorpius could).

Only this is where it gets strange! It hurt like hezmanna (as they say in the Uncharted Territories) but Aern-Pip found out that her wounds instantly healed! See, while she had been halfway out of it Flagg had fed her some kind of Eden fruit. Not the Tree of Knowledge fruit Adam and Eve from the Bible (if you believe that stuff) ran afowl of. No, this was from another special tree. The Tree of Immortality! Aeryn-Pip was now unable to die OR age. That's about the time that Flagg somehow hit her with some kind of spell that reverted her altered form back into the looks we're familiar with . . . and the confused Nebari found herself in New York (but the New York of Jake Chambers, ala The Dark Tower series).

Did well initially snurching funds and such, but ran afowl of some undworld types. Got rescued by the Doctor and his Companions (which now included Chiana) and . . .

One thing led to another and now she's not only a Champion like they are, but she's another of the Doctor's Companions...

Oy, this is gonna be fun!

Aeryn-Pip is learning things and perhaps sooner or later might not act in ways that lead to . . . interesting conditions for her and her friends. But the one we call Aeryn-Pip)

Still and all, much to still be worked out.  Slowly....very....very.....slowly.....
