Rugen Wordenni
(As the Fur Flies)

Rugen Wordeni - This is a species of elf not native to Terra Prime. Lives with his wife on Rifts Earth, trying to bring some kind of order to that chaotic place. Looks rather forward to the challenge. Like Morganna, he is also an Elder Champion. Also, he is a different species of elf than his wife, something that corresponds to what one would find in the roleplaying game called GURPS by Steve Jackson.

Can be a bit rough at times, but friendly enough. Has some elfin qualities to him, but due to his race having befallen some kind of disaster, 9/10 of records and memories and records of their ancient culture was lost. With aid from some dwarven allies, they managed to eck out a living on an Earth much like our own (except that magic is in the background, unknown to most).

Took to adventuring at an early age despite being VERY short even for his people (3 feet). Ran into a group of adventurers who somehow got access to time travel and made a killing in the stock market and such. Is now VERY wealthy, and has used his wealth to finance a successful war against the non-human hating Coallition States of Rifts Earth.

Despite being ancient (though looking boyishly young), has still managed to retain several quirks he'd had at the beginning of his adventuring career. He still collects pocket knives. Still loves fantasy and science fiction books. That and he's a fanatic over collecting pocket calculators!
