| Face tutorial |
| Welcome to the face Tutorial! Here we will be exploreing the different aspects of the face and how to place them. (The pictures will be up as soon as I can locate a scanner!) |

| Start with a circle. For heads the circle is the god of your drawing universe and is almost essential. It doesn't have to be perfect being loose and sketchy is very important to the out look of your picture! the circle I draw here is just so you can see what I'm doing!. |
| Next draw a line. Later on I will show you how to change where the characters are faceing but for now we'll start with this. |
| Now draw the jawline. The one I have here is very Animeish for young girls. At the end of the tutorial I will show you different face shapes or you can create your own. Just remember to be sketchy and free flowy! |
| This is where you will add al the other placeing lines. I have labled them for you. |
| Now you add in all the other parts we practiced earlier around the lines you labled. (The middle of the eye should be where the line is.) Don't be afraid to use your eraser and change things around. I usually don't get it perfectly the first time. And don't expect to be a great artist right away. You have to practice until you know the technique well enough to manipulate it to what you want. then you will be pumping out anime faster then a copy machine. |
| Now erase the guidelines. (you can pen in the final lines) And your left with your Anime head!. |
