Get message approved by June 8 by Ms. Trevino (219), Mr. Fucci (825) or Ms. Simun (107). Senior farewell messages are taped and played while people are seated for the graduation ceremony. - Seniors interested in giving a speech at graduation, applications available in Room 219, due to Room 825 by May 19 - Prom tickets on sale thru May 18, before & after school, snack, lunch, Room 202, $85 ASB, $90 no ASB. Need completed prom contract to buy tickets. The team faced Esperanza in the 2nd round yesterday, but the results aren't yet posted. You can check on CIF games and results at http://www.cifss.org/. Click on Playoffs at the top, then Boys Tennis, then Division I. The tennis team came in second in the Bay League this year. Peninsula was first and Mira Costa was third. Encourage your child to get plenty of sleep and eat breakfast to help them do their best. Students should be sure to bring something to read or study in case they finish early. o Athletic Answers On-line The answers to the questions that came up at the incoming freshman athletic orientation are available online at http://ruhs.bnet.org/athletics/answers.html. o Seniors: El Camino Counseling & Orientation Sessions Seniors planning to enroll at El Camino College must participate in an orientation session and meet with an El Camino College counselor. You can meet with a counselor in the Career Center on either Tuesday, May 24, or Tuesday, June 14, from 9:30am to 2pm to complete an educational plan. Orientation sessions will be held on Friday, June 3, at 8:45am and 11:00am. Sign up in the Career Center to attend one of the counseling and one of the orientation sessions. Space is limited. If you do not complete these sessions at the high school, you will need to go to Student Services at El Camino. o Career Expo - Volunteers Needed The Redondo Beach Chamber of Commerce is still looking for volunteers for the Career Expo they are sponsoring at the high school on June 7.
