This is an extra special edition as it has two pull out sections: one highlighting Seniors and one with high school photos and information on the 100 RUHS alumni that will be honored at the centennial ceremony on June 25. Did you know that the Smothers Brothers went to RUHS (the photo of Dick is quite amusing) or how about Ron Seawright, the voice of the Pillsbury doughboy? Also look for articles and photos on activities of some of the groups on campus (French Club, Film Club, Jazz Band, Choir, Dance Guard, JROTC, Semper, Acadec) and the "High Tide's" picks for Most Valuable Players for Spring Sports. Your student should have a copy - ask to see it. o Mandatory Summer Reading Program Encourage your students to start early on the MANDATORY summer reading program. Most kids will need to read 2 books and complete 2 activities. If the work is turned in by Sept. 9, double credit will be given for each assignment.
