I spoke with Mrs. Peggy Ballard, a MPS school teacher and a parent. She felt that regardless to what the news has to say, the PGR program the best thing that ever happen to Mayfair.

"Many people might get mad that I say this but, I think the PGR program is a good idea. I didn't use to shop at Mayfair much but recently I decided to go there and it was like a brand new place. I think if anything the changes will bring more business," said Ballard.
