Dear Secretary Arthur Yap,

We are saddened by the farewell of a performing Secretary. Though it is not within your control anymore-given this interesting time in our Philippine History.

Eleven months was too short. Because we kave hoped to work with you closely and hands_on because we appreciate your approachability and your work ethic.

As a National Union, we wanted to work with you towards the achievement of Goals 1 and 2. We wanted to work with you regarding the Rationalization Plan. We wanted to work with you regarding the operational details of our Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA).

Your enthusiasm, humility to listen and learn as well as your patience to teach, your efforts in reaching to us the rank-and-file, your generosity. All these we will miss.

Lastly, we thank you for approving our Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA). You have not only strengthened the legitimacy of our national union but you have also proven that you are for DAEA.

We hope that you will not stop helping the DA, the DAEA, even in another capacity. We will certainly welcome you here anytime.

Maraming salamat po!

DAEA NATIONAL UNION
