solos in progressive order. Here is an excellent book for those looking for material
requiring advanced technique and high technical exposure.  Each solo concentrates on a
specific area of rudimental development. Now in its second edition, this book includes the solos with which Beckham won the1999 and 2000 D.C.A. I & E championship.

Here is an outstanding collection of progressive rudimental contest solos, now in its second edition. Anyone looking for percussion solos with modern rudiments should seriously consider this book. These pieces would be great for recitals, solo & ensemble festivals, auditions, or playing just to play great snare drum music.
