StorageTek, where I have worked since 1996, sponsors an in-line hockey club as part of their Wellness program. There are two leagues: the A-League is the experienced league; the B-League is the beginners league. I started out in the B-League as a goalie in February 2001. Since then, I have moved up to the A-League and managed to win several championships in the process. Click on the logo on the left to go to the StorageTek Hockey Club website.

I began playing in a beginners adult ice hockey league in May 2003. I was fortunate enough to be assigned to what turned out to be a very good team. We finished the regular season with a record of 9-1 and managed to win the chamionship after a fairly successful playoffs. Since then we have progressed to more skilled leagues and continue to fare well.

I am a huge fan of the National Park Service. A life-long goal of mine is to see every unit in the US National Park System. Every year I make a point of getting to as many National Park sites as I can. To keep track of my progress, I keep a National Parks map at my desk and place a pin in each park that I have seen. I also use my National Parks Passport to track where I've been. Since there was no complete list of the locations of all of the passport stamps at the time I got started on my stamp hunt, I resorted to creating my own Master List. Maintenance of the list has since been transferred to the good people at the National Park Travelers Club:
