| In C&C, you will start out with 1,000 gold. You can use these coins to buy weapons, hire spies, assassins and other special troops, and buy troops and train them. Buying Weapons Buying weapons will raise the over all attack and/or defense power of your army depending on the weapon. Hiring Special Troops The special troops consist of: Spies ~ Used to find out your opponents' attack and defensive points. Assassins ~ Used for destroying your opponent, or his/her troops. Missionaries ~ Used for sneaking into an enemy camp, and turning your opponent's troops against him (basically stealing troops) Theives ~ Used for stealing your opponents' gold. The more Special Troops you have, the higher your special troop points are. When you perform a mission (stealing, assassinating, etc.), your Special Troop score must be 5% higher than your opponent's. For each Special Troop you own, you get one Special Troop point. Hiring Normal Troops Normal troops are the backbone of your operations. They attack, defend and work for you. These are the troop types: Mouse ~ Cost: 5 gold. Attributes: 1 attack point per mouse, 1 defense point. Squirrel ~ Cost: 7 gold. Attributes: 2 attack, 1 defense. Hedgehog ~ Cost: 9 gold. Attributes: 2 attack, 3 defense. Hare ~ Cost: 11 gold. Attributes: 4 attack, 4 defense. Otter ~ Cost: 12 gold. Attributes: 5 attack, 4 defense. Badger ~ Cost: 15 gold. Attributes: 7 attack, 7 defense. Attacking and Defending When you attack, you can win troops, gold and bring your opponent closer to death. In order to complete a sucessful attack, your attack points must be higher than your opponent's defensive points. How much loot you win is calculated by how much higher your attack points are than your opponent's defense. Also, you can choose what type of attack to perform. Looting takes gold from the defender, take prisoners wins troops, damage health will...well, damage the defender's health, and sabotage will destroy some of the defender's troops. To raise your attack and defense points, you need to buy troops. Each species has its own attributes. |
