| We do not, nor will we ever, breed to make a profit, or for quantity. Any animals we may choose to breed will be for health & temperament. All of our babies are handled and socialized daily, starting even before the babies eyes have opened. This is very important to ensure well socialized animals. None of our animals are available as feeders, so please do not ask. We value our babies as part of the family, and we hope you will too. |
| Due to being very social animals, All rats and mice will be sold in same sex pairs, unless it can be proved that it will be a cagemate for a rat or mouse of the same sex, that you currently own. |
| Pedigree's are available for all of our rat babies. If you plan to breed one of ours, please let us know before you purchase the rat, to give us a chance to get one for you. |

| We must charge an adoption fee that is higher than pet stores, to prevent our rats from being sold for feeders. Therefore our fee's are as follows: $10.00 - single rat, $ 15.00 - pair of rats |
