| In Loving Memory... |
I'll lend to you for a little while a rattie friend God said For you to love while he lives and mourn when he is dead It may be one or two years, or maybe even three But will you til I take him back, take care of him for me? He'll bring his charms to gladden you, and shall his stay be brief You'll have his lovely memories, as solace for your grief I cannot promise he will stay since all from earth return But there are lessons taught on earth, I want this rat to learn. I've looked the wide world over, in search for teachers true, And from the throngs that crowd life's lanes, I have selected you. Now will you give him lots of love nor think the labor vain? Nor hate me when I come to take him back again.? I fancied that I heard you say "Lord thy will be done" For all the joy this rat will bring, the risk of grief I'll run" I'll shelter him with tenderness and I'll love him while I may And for the happiness I've known, forever grateful stay And should you call for him, much sooner than I planned I'll brave the bitter gief that comes and try to understand ~ Author Unknown |

| Good bye beloved Eeyore. You left us just as unexpectantly as you came to us. We will always remember your famous double back flips and the way you would speed through the house, quick as a flash. You were such a good bunny. Thank you for opening up the wonderful world of rabbits to us and showing me there is nothing to fear. We love and Miss you. |
