COMMERCIAL ART
Commercial Art is the need of every nation and national industry. The trade and commerce of the country depends on it.Where labour and machinery play their part in producing goods the commercial artist plays as equally an important part in planning,designing, advertising and helping to sell those goods by designs,letter heads, leaflets etc, in appropriate original and attractive styles.It is well known that these designs assist in increasing sales of products and therefore attractively laid out advertisements are indispensable in the industry and business.
The course helps the student in securing well paid jobs in advertising agencies, graphic studios, publishing houses etc. One has to be visually creative to join and pursue this profession. Publishing houses and advertising agencies are constantly looking for young designers with fresh and sound knowledge of the designing techniques.
